Seminar & meeting rooms in the center of Vienna

 

From small-scale events with 12 guests to large events with 150 guests - the six function rooms at DAS TRIEST provide more than enough space for your meeting, seminar, conference or event in Vienna. The total of 500 m² event space differs in design from classic elegance to simple and modern.
 

All event rooms offer direct access to the quiet gardens or to the rooftop terrace with a unique view of Vienna. The event rooms are equipped with free high-speed WiFi, large screens or B&O flatscreen TVs as well as state-of-the-art conference technology, the rooms are air-conditioned and can be darkened with blinds. 
 

Our award-winning kitchen team will be happy to provide you with culinary delights before, during and after your event. Please let us know if you would like to start your seminar with a coffee break or end your event with lunch or dinner.

Equipment in our function rooms

 

Für eine erfolgreiche Veranstaltung ist nicht nur das richtige Ambiente wichtig. Auch State-of-the-Art-Konferenztechnik und das passende Equipment sorgen für den optimalen Ablauf Ihrer Veranstaltung. Um Sie bei Ihrem erfolgreichen Event noch besser unterstützen zu können, bieten wir in unseren Veranstaltungsräumen, teils gegen Aufpreis, folgende Ausstattung: 

 

A successful event needs the right ambience as wel as the right equimpent and state-of-the-art conference technology. In order to support you and your event, we offer the follwing equipment in our function rooms. Some items may be subject to an additional charge: 

  • Flipcharts
  • Pinboards
  • Presentation kit incl. Pens, Scissors, presentation cards, tape, magnets, pins, etc.
  • HD – Beamer, Large screens or 75 inch Bang&Olufsen flatscreen. Some with rear projection or ceiling-mounted, incl. HDMI or VGA connection and wireless ClickShare system
  • AirDrop system for Apple devices
  • Bose sound system in all conference rooms
  • Handheld microphone, lapel microphone, speaker's desk with swan neck microphone and headsets (not all options available in every room)

We always try to provide adapters for all common models. To be safe we nevertheless ask you to bring a suitable adapter for HDMI and VGA connections if possible. We are happy to rent additional technical equipment for you!
