Dear guests and friends of DAS TRIEST,
Your health is is important to us and we want to make sure that you can enjoy your time at DAS TRIEST to the fullest. Therefore, we would like to summarize the current information regarding COVID-19:
- The mask requirement for hotel guests has been dropped and it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask.
- Currently there are no distance regulations, but we still ask you to keep a "healthy distance" of 1m for all our safety.
- There are disinfection stations in the house, please disinfect your hands regularly.

With the testing lanes and „Gurgelboxen“ the city of Vienna offers uncomplicated COVID-19 tests for asymptomatic people.
Selected pharmacies offer PCR and Antigen tests.
Pharmacy in the vicinity: Paulaner Apotheke, Wiedner Hauptstraße 18, 1040 Wien Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. PCR tests are offered from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. An appointment is not neccesary. |

Until further notice we have adjusted our cancellation conditions. In order to avoid guests checking in and checking out at the same time, we ask for the best possible compliance with the Check-In conditions according to the room reservation. Please let us know your Check-In information via e-mail in advance.

| Room hygiene |
| The preparation of our rooms is carried out according to the highest and strictest hygiene standards. Our staff works with cleaning agents containing disinfectants. |
| Check-Out |
| For the safety of our guests, our rooms undergo a particularly intensive disinfection. In order to have the necessary time for this process, we kindly ask you to stick to our check-out time at 12 pm. |
| Behaviour in case of illness |
| If you don't feel well or experience any symptoms of illness, please stay in your room and call reception. We will take care of everything else. |
